Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Royal T Travels! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and website, including all trips, packages, and bookings made with us. By booking a vacation with Royal T Travels (the "Agency"),  you (the "Traveler")  agree to be bound by these T&C.

2. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The full payment must be received by the Agency no later than 60 days before the departure date. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in the cancellation of your booking.
• Payments can be made via [accepted payment methods].

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• If you cancel your trip 60 days before the departure date, you will receive a full refund minus a $150 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Travel Insurance

• Basic comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and luggage loss is required; $40 insurance fee will be added to every trip unless it is indicated that insurance is already included in the package price.

5. Liability

• Royal T Travels is not liable for any personal injury, illness, death, or loss of property unless directly caused by our negligence.
• We are not responsible for any cancellations or changes in itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, political instability, or pandemics.

6. Health and Safety

• You must inform us of any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect your ability to participate in the trip.
• Adherence to health and safety guidelines provided by us and our partners is mandatory.

7. Passports, Visas, and Travel Documentation

• It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents, including passports and visas.

8. Changes to Itinerary

• While we strive to operate all trips as advertised, we reserve the right to make changes to itineraries or accommodations if necessary.

9. Complaints

• Should you have a complaint during your trip, please inform your tour leader or our local representative immediately to allow them to address the issue.
• Any further complaints should be made in writing to Royal T Travels within 14 days after your return.

10. Privacy Policy

• Personal information collected by the Agency will be used solely for the purpose of booking travel arrangements and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Traveler's consent, except where required by law.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Carolina.

12. Amendments

• Royal T Travels reserves the right to update or alter these T&C at any time without prior notice.

By making a booking with Royal T Travels, the Traveler acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
